Customer Care Executive - Corporate Office

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Explain gold schemes and their benefits to customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer enrollments, payments, and renewals.

  • Provide timely reminders to customers regarding due payments and scheme maturity.

  • Coordinate with showroom teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure effective problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Qualification : Any Graduate.

  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with customer service preferred.

  • Gender: Female Candidates only.

  • Languages known: Tamil / English / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi.


  • Age 21 to 30
