Location: Rajmahal, Bhubaneswar (BBSR)
Position: Customer Support Executive –(Domestic Voice)

Hiring Type: Male Candidates Only

Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off

Eligibility CriteriaEducation

• Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates can apply.

Experience

• Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

Additional Requirements

• Must have own vehicle for commute (no cab facility provided).
• Should be comfortable working in late evening & night shifts.

Compensation Details

• CTC: ₹2.33 LPA
• Monthly CTC: Approx. ₹20,000
• In-hand Salary: ₹14,400 (post PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax; excluding incentives)
• Incentives: Applicable post OJT completion, based on performance.

Assessment Criteria

• AMCAT: CSVAR: 45
• CEFR/Grade: B1 and above
• Typing Test: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound domestic customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolutions to customer queries.
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall process performance.
• Work effectively in rotational shifts, including late evening or night hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
