Customer Care Executive (CCE)

We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join our team as Customer Care Executives. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to start their career in the e-commerce and customer service domain. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, managing tickets, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries through a ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
• Manage and resolve support tickets using multiple e-desk platforms
• Assist customers related to e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, etc.
• Maintain data and reports using Excel or Google Sheets
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience
• Work in rotational shifts, with primary duties scheduled on weekends

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply – no prior experience required
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, especially on weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
