Will handling customer interactions through both voice calls and other channels like email or chat, within the travel industry. These roles typically require strong communication skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in using travel booking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:

  Agents handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, and potentially chat or social media.

• Booking Management:

  This includes tasks like making new reservations, modifying existing bookings, handling cancellations, and managing customer profiles.

• System Proficiency:

  Agents need to be comfortable using GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms like Amadeus or Galileo, and other relevant travel booking tools.

• Communication Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

• Problem Solving:

  Agents need to be able to analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and provide effective resolutions.

• Sales and Target Driven:

  Some blended process roles may involve sales targets or upselling opportunities within the customer service interaction.

Requirement:

• Education:

  Only graduates

• Experience:

  Minimum experience 6 months in Customer service - (Travel Preferred)

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in using GDS systems (like Amadeus or Galileo), and other relevant software or platforms.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are crucial.

• Shift Flexibility:

  Rotational shifts
