You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with flight reservations, booking changes, flight status inquiries, and general inquiries related to airline and airport services. The ideal candidate must have knowledge in aviation and strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computers. Knowledge of the aviation industry and flight booking systems ( AMADEUS). Eligibility- Freshers are preferred.
