Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care Executive role located in Ahmedabad at Anchoredge. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and contributing to sales initiatives.


Salary

Rs. 15000 to Rs. 20000 Per month

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Customer Satisfaction expertise
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
