Job Description


Responsibilities:

Respond to leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and travel platforms

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

Coordinate check-in/check-out timings with operations

Maintain booking reports and follow-up logs

Handle basic guest requests like special decor, lakeside picnics, and pool timing coordination

Ensure smooth handover of bookings to managers/housekeeping

Maintain a polite, persuasive, and warm tone with all guests

Requirements:

Strong communication in English, Kannada and Hindi.

Well-versed with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business & basic Excel

Organised, punctual, and proactive

Prior hospitality experience is a bonus (not mandatory)
