Job Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident Customer care representative to join our growing team in Gurgaon! Your key role will be to connect with potential customers, explain our second-hand four-wheeler rental services, and help them find the best options that fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and share rental service details.
- Explain benefits, pricing, and features clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain relationships with customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Keep accurate call records and update the CRM system.
- Meet weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
