Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide chat/email/voice-based support for travel customers with timely and accurate

resolutions.

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and

refunds.

  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team leads, SMEs, and support staff to meet performance

goals.

  • Maintain data confidentiality and compliance in all interactions

Preferred candidate profile

For International Desk Experts

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an International Contact Centre (Airline / OTA

Flight Support) handling customers from EU / North America / LATAM regions.

For Domestic Desk Experts

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in Contact Centre / Customer Service (Travel

domain preferred).
