Job Description

1:- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly responses to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and web-based contact forms. 2:-Accurately diagnose customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. 3:-Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM or ticketing system. 4:- Customer Support Representative specializing in email, chat, and web-based support 5:-Ensure follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner until resolution is achieved. 6:-Identify recurring issues and contribute to the creation of FAQs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation. 7:- Meet or exceed KPIs related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
