Job Description

As part of NTT Data's team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve real transformation and improve customer satisfaction through our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables. - Responding to customer inquiries by phone or in writing to ensure high customer satisfaction and meet service standards. - Analyzing medical insurance claims to maintain quality assurance. - Addressing routine questions following established guidelines. - Conducting research on customer inquiries. - Building a strong understanding of the healthcare insurance industry and the team's services and processes. To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Availability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday based on US time. - Possession of a high school diploma. - Experience of at least 1 year in using Windows PC applications, including using a keyboard, navigating screens, and learning new software tools. - 0-6 months of experience in a service-oriented role involving written or verbal correspondence with English-speaking customers. - 0-6 months of experience in a service-oriented role requiring the application of business rules to different situations and making appropriate decisions. Please note that shift timings may vary based on client needs, and you may be required to work overtime or weekends as per business requirements. All new hires will undergo Orientation/Process training classes to ensure proficiency in the role.
