Job Description

As a Customer Care Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer interactions, support sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes managing inbound and outbound calls, processing customer orders, and cultivating strong relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Call existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services. - Accurately record and process customer purchase orders. - Generate and qualify leads for the outside sales team to pursue. - Manage customer accounts and ensure consistent customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. - Utilize company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and effectively handle objections. - Acquire detailed knowledge of products and services to recommend suitable solutions. - Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets consistently. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or telemarketing is preferred. - Possess excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Mandatory fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam. - Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. - Target-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
