Job Description

As an integral part of the BMC team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve: - Answering and directing incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and web to the relevant product groups. - Resolving customer care issues by collaborating with various departments within BMC to ensure accurate and timely resolutions, while maintaining the Service Cloud database. - Assigning appropriate severity levels and priorities to customer queries within the Service Cloud application. - Creating and routing Service Cloud cases to different product support groups. - Reviewing and addressing feedback from support functions related to Service Cloud case processing. - Offering written and verbal English language support and translations for customer support cases. - Meeting customer service level objectives and achieving individual and team key targets. - Identifying personal education and training needs and developing a personal development plan with the Team Lead. - Providing mentorship and training to new team members in the Customer Contact Centre. - Building key relationships with BMC Software customers, partners, support managers, team leaders, technical analysts, and sales personnel. - Acting as a knowledge champion to enhance the quality of the Knowledge Base. - Utilizing internal BMC systems to enhance the support process and identify areas for business improvement. - Sharing knowledge, mentoring team members, and contributing to team performance improvement initiatives.
