You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience for this role. Your responsibilities will include conducting secondary research to support the team in developing materials for primary market research and creating therapy area overviews. This involves simplifying treatment algorithms, identifying unmet needs, and analyzing the competitive landscape. You will also participate in primary interviews with experts to gather insights, analyze outputs to identify trends, and generate solutions. Leveraging findings from secondary and primary market research, you will develop client presentations and reports to address key questions and develop strategic outputs. Key competencies for this role include strong business analysis skills in life sciences strategy, commercial strategy consulting, and market access. You should have a good understanding of market access in Europe, including HTA rules, IRP, and the impact of EU-HTA regulations. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with therapeutic area-specific expertise and advanced MS Excel skills. Desired skills and experience involve extensive experience in commercial strategy projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in life sciences-related fields, while an MBA in Pharma/healthcare/general is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred qualifications include relevant analytical experience in life sciences commercial strategy consulting and experience in therapy areas like oncology, immunology, rare diseases, and cardiovascular diseases. You should possess proactiveness, passion for tackling challenges, and a positive work ethic to deliver results in demanding situations.
