Job Summery:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound calls from international customers
related to
banking products and services.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries related to
accounts, transactions, credit/debit cards, online banking, and general banking service
Troubleshoot problems, raise service requests, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when required.
Ensure all customer interactions are documented correctly and adhere to
it's compliance, regulatory, and data security guidelines.
Meet and exceed performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution, and productivity.
