Customer Acquisition

As a Field Executive at our company, your role will involve engaging with customers in marketplaces and societies to acquire new customers. Your primary tasks will include encouraging customers to download the app and place their first order. You will also be responsible for capturing a screenshot of the customer's order and submitting it after delivery, as well as assisting with basic queries to ensure smooth onboarding. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with customers and encouraging them to download the app and place their first order. - Achieving a target number of successful acquisitions per day. - Capturing a screenshot of the customer's order and submitting it after delivery. - Assisting with basic queries and ensuring smooth onboarding process. To excel in this role, we require you to have: - Prior sales or fieldwork experience is a plus. - Strong communication skills and a target-oriented mindset. - Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge. - Ability to work independently. - Must be based in or around the job location. The minimum educational requirement for this position is 12th Grade. This is a full-time, permanent job with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus. The work location is in person.
