15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Deep expertise in Java (Java 8-17) and the Spring Framework (V5-6) and it's ecosystem - Strong experience in REST API design and microservices architecture - Proficient in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Ansible) - Skilled in performance optimization and application scalability - Experience in code reviews, and mentoring - Experience in Azure cloud native applications, and container orchestrations e.g. Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Services - Agile Methodology - Experience dealing with legacy systems (EJB, or Struts) nice-to-have - Technical leadership nice-to-have" Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
