15 years of full time education, Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also focusing on the development of new features to meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions, ensuring that the application runs smoothly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations. - Experience with SAP HCM modules and integration with other SAP components. - Familiarity with programming languages relevant to SAP development. - Ability to analyze and optimize existing code for performance improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years of full time education is required., 15 years of full time education
