About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Job Summary:As a Payments SME, you will lead design and delivery of payment solutions with exposure to Swift, NPSS, and FTS. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure ISO20022 compliance, and integrate payment platforms like Volpay/GPP. Key Responsibilities:-Design and implement payment solutions for Swift, NPSS, and FTS. -Manage integration with payment hubs (Volpay, GPP) and core banking systems. -Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and ISO20022 standards. -Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades and enhancements. -Provide SME guidance during requirement gathering and testing phases. Must-Have
Skills:

-Expertise in payment systems (Swift, NPSS, FTS). -Experience with Volpay/GPP or similar platforms. -Strong vendor and project management skills. Good-to-Have
Skills:

-Familiarity with API-based payment orchestration and microservices. -Exposure to fraud monitoring and compliance tools.
Professional Attributes:-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Educational Qualification:-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field Experience:-8+ years in payments technology and operations. Work Location:India (Bangalore or Hyderabad preferred) Qualification 15 years full time education
