Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities:a Leads a team of technical developers and help them in design, build and testingb Helps in designing strategy for new enhancement requests and adoption of new features in Peoplesoft 9.2c Coordinates with Functional/Business team and transformation team to translate business requirement to technical document and diagramd Resolve tickets, design and build Extensions, Interfaces and Reports for Payroll for North America (NA Payroll)e Design and build batch programs in Payroll and fix/update existing batch programs Professional & Technical

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools Payroll/Benefits.b Good Knowledge in AppEngine, SQR, Component Interfaces, AppDesigner, Peoplecode, XML Publisher and Application Packages and have exposure to COBOL debugging. Must have experience in implementing Tax updates c Good Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft Payroll for North America (NA Payroll)d Good Knowledge on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 or abovee Good in Oracle SQL/PL SQLf Good prior experience of working on Production Support, conversion and/or Implementation projects Additional Information:Ready to work in shifts on Rotational basis Qualification 15 years full time education
