Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.Prerequisite for RDE
  • Translate business processes into AI-driven workflows, integrating Agentic AI patterns and SAP’s AI services to deliver scalable, intelligent, and automation-ready applications.
  • Own end-to-end implementation, from data and model integration through solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment within SAP landscapes and customer environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and customer teams to drive AI adoption, optimize models in production, and continuously enhance solution quality and impact.
  • Experience with Transforming processes with AI & infusing Agentic AI innovations in SAP space.
  • Strategic thinking, client-focused articulation & effective demo/communication experience.
    Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
  • Should have influencing and advisory skills.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior professionals and assist them in their development and understanding of processes.

    Must To Have Skills:
    Proficiency in Signavio Process Intelligence.
  • Good To Have
    Skills:
  • Experience with process mapping and optimization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in software development methodologies and best practices.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Signavio Process Intelligence.
  • This position is based at our Mumbai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
