Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for managing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the organizations' requirements. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to implement solutions that streamline and improve IT service management processes. Oversee the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycleRoles & Responsibilities:Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.Drive the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules .Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize functionalities.Develop and implement best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceNow processes.Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with ITIL framework, ITOM, REST/SOAP APIs, ServiceNow Scripting.

Strong understanding of application development methodologies.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Agile project management practices.

ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or equivalent are preferred
