Curriculum Manager

Role : Senior Curriculum Manager - Mathematics

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Creating error free curriculum and content(for their subject) which will be consumed by teachers and

students.

➢ Creating, editing and proofreading content to ensure grade appropriateness

➢ Researching best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning in LEAD partner schools.

➢ Coordinating with the Publisher and supervising the editors working on books for middle school

➢ Visiting LEAD schools from time-to-time and engaging with field teams to understand on-ground

requirements for delivering excellent education.

➢ Coaching and managing a team of Subject Matter Experts & Curriculum Development Managers,

along with supporting them in their professional development.

➢ Reviewing and providing feedback on content created by Senior Curriculum Architects and

Curriculum Development Managers, to ensure thatit is highquality and error-free.

➢ Setting clear goals for the team and ensuring achievement as per LEAD quality standards.

➢ Creating clear curriculum development processes and guidelines for consistent and efficient

delivery of product.

➢ Managing the project closely and ensuring their whole team delivers the product on time with

quality

Ideal Experience Profile:

➢ Should have an educational background in Mathematics or related field

➢ Must have some experience in publishing

➢ Experience in project management

➢ 5-6 years of experience in developing content and lesson plans in a particular subject, including

experience in teaching using that content or working closely with teachers to ensure quality delivery

of that content.

➢ 2-3 years of experience in coaching and managing a team
