Culture & People Partner

As a Culture & People Partner at Quantiphi, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives, supporting employees and managers, and enhancing HR programs and processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR activities including employee relations, performance management, policy advice, career development, coaching, talent management, and change management. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees in alignment with company policies. - Strike a balance between business requirements and employee advocacy. - Offer guidance to managers on strategies to enhance employee engagement within their teams. - Lead various initiatives such as Rewards & Recognition programs, Employee Experience surveys, Townhall meetings, and engagement activities. Coaching: - Provide coaching and support to business units through regular interactions with management and employees, fostering their success in leading their teams effectively. Effectiveness: - Work closely with management to ensure proactive and efficient performance management processes, including promotions, Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and follow-ups. - Handle employee relations investigations and other sensitive employee issues as needed. HR Operational Activities: - Ensure timely delivery of HR operations and compliance requirements, analyze effectiveness reports, identify trends, and provide insights to shape future HR strategies. Qualification Required: - Master's degree or advanced degree in Human Resources. - Proven experience in taking proactive initiatives, exercising sound judgment in prioritizing tasks, and working autonomously. - Previous experience in HR Business Partner roles and operational activities is advantageous.,
