Job Description

Base Location: Bangalore Language Requirement: Proficiency in Kannada (spoken) & English is mandatory Job Overview: We are looking for a compassionate, people-centred individual who is passionate about building a strong, empathetic culture within our educational ecosystem. This role focuses on driving organizational values, promoting employee wellness, nurturing future leaders, and creating a sense of ownership and belonging among staff across all our campuses. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Culture Building & Alignment: Foster a culture that reflects the organizations values through consistent engagement, communication, and action across campuses. Employee Wellness: Design and implement wellness programs that care for the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of our employees. Leadership Development: Initiate training programs and mentoring opportunities to groom future leaders from within the organization. Employee Voice: Create safe, open channels for listening to employee feedback, concerns, and suggestions, and act meaningfully on them. Organizational Initiatives: Launch and manage initiatives that promote collaboration, motivation, and positive change across all departments and locations. Campus Visits: Regularly visit campuses to build personal connections with employees, understand their environment, and offer hands-on support. Cultural Engagement: Lead cultural programs and employee engagement activities that strengthen team spirit, appreciation, and inclusivity. Ownership & Belonging: Foster a work environment where employees feel a strong sense of ownness and commitment to organizational goals. Objective Alignment: Ensure every employees role is clearly aligned with the larger mission and vision of the institution. Connection & Compassion: Build real, meaningful relationships with employees; be approachable, kind, empathetic, and caring.
