About the Role

Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch operations and track service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in customer service or dispatch operations is a plus
• Willingness to work in

  rotational shifts

• Residing in Mohali or anywhere in Punjab

• Available to work in rotational and night shifts
