Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for coordinating service dispatches and providing exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Prior experience in logistics/transportation industry is an asset

Excellent communication skills

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Flexible with work hours and shift timings

Only candidates currently residing in Mohali or anywhere in Punjab will be considered.
