Program Development and Implementation
1. Health Care Initiatives:
a. Design and implement programs to address community health challenges (e.g. Nutrition for women & Child, health camps, wellness workshops, Mobile health van, geriatric care).
b. Partner with NGOs, hospitals, and government agencies for healthcare delivery.
c. Organize awareness campaigns on critical health issues like hygiene, maternal health, and disease prevention.
d. Monitoring of other partnered programs.
2. Education Support Initiatives:
a. Develop programs to enhance access to quality education (e.g. scholarships, school Digital content program, STEM, teacher training, etc.)
b. Promote skill development and vocational training for underprivileged groups.
c. Support literacy programs, digital learning initiatives, and STEM education.
d. Govt. schemes convergence & laisoning with Govt. department
e. Stakeholder Engagement
f. Collaborate with internal teams, external organizations, and community leaders to ensure program success.
g. Engage with government bodies, educational institutions, and healthcare providers to align initiatives with national and local policies.
3. Monitoring and Evaluation:
a. Develop metrics and tools to measure program impact on beneficiaries.
b. Analyze data to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement
c. Prepare detailed reports and case studies showcasing program outcomes.
4. Budget Management:
a. Plan, propose, and monitor the budget for health and education programs.
b. Good communication skills to drive communication campaigns to promote CSR initiatives internally and externally along with internal team.
5. Employee engagement - Raise awareness about health and education issues among employees and the community.
6. Compliance and Reporting
7. Ensure all CSR activities comply with local laws and regulations.
8. Document and report CSR activities to stakeholders, aligning with sustainability standards like National priorities or SDGs.
9. Skills and Qualifications:
a. Educational Background:
i. Master Degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related fields.
b. Experience:
i. 57 years of experience in CSR, community development, or program management, especially in health and education sectors.
c. Skills:
i. Strong project management and organizational skills.
ii. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders. d. Data analysis and impact assessment expertise. e. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
f. Knowledge of local health and education challenges.
