Job Description

1. Partnerships Outreach
Identify, research, and pursue aligned CSR and philanthropic partnership opportunities with corporates, foundations, and government programs.
Draft compelling concept notes, proposals, and grant applications aligned with partner priorities and PadCarevision.
2. Relationship Management Partner Success
Build, nurture, and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.
Maintain continuous engagement through regular updates, impact reports, review meetings, and collaborative planning.
Serve as the key liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and mutual value creation.
3. Communication Engagement
Represent PadCare Labs at industry events, CSR forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and build new relationships.
Collaborate with the Communications and Impact teams to develop case studies, success stories, and impact narratives.
4. Monitoring Reporting
Work closely with the Impact Operations teams to prepare reports, ROI analyses, and data-driven insights for partners.
Track partnership metrics, engagement KPIs, and feedback to refine outreach strategies and strengthen partner retention.
