Based in Bela, East Champaran, Bihar, the foundation has impacted over 10,000 lives across India through 25 programs and initiatives. The foundation's mission is to provide a better and dignified life to women, children, and underprivileged sections of society, focusing on education, support, and the development of rural areas.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR Funding Scientist located in Bhopal. The CSR Funding Scientist will be responsible for developing and managing funding initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support to the foundation's beneficiaries. Daily tasks include interacting with stakeholders, conducting research, and compiling reports to secure funding for programs and initiatives. The role requires strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to understand and support the foundation's mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, or similar)
• Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
