Company Description The Shri Shivratan Sha Foundation, established on 02 July 2024 by Dr. Abhimanu Kumar and Dr. Manoj Kumar, is a Section 8 NGO based in Bela, East Champaran, Bihar. The foundation is dedicated to providing higher education and support to underprivileged communities, working towards the upliftment of rural areas. The mission is to offer a better and dignified life to women, children, and underprivileged sections of society while aiming to build a brighter future through various programs. To date, the foundation has impacted over 10,000 lives across India through 25 initiatives. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraising Assistant, located in Bhopal. The Fundraising Assistant will be responsible for supporting fundraising activities, managing donor communications, maintaining donor databases, organizing fundraising events, and providing administrative assistance. The role involves direct interaction with donors, assisting in the creation of proposals, and ensuring excellent customer service to sustain and grow the foundation's donor base. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills, Communication skills Knowledge of Philanthropy and Fundraising Customer Service experience Administrative Assistance abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office and database management Experience in nonprofit sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
