Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
  • Provide product/service information and support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

Fresher's/Experience both can apply for this Job.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
