CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative in the Garment Retail Field, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional assistance to customers visiting the store. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience by offering guidance on garment styles, sizes, fabrics, and availability. Your attention to detail and product knowledge will help customers make informed decisions during their shopping journey. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly, address their inquiries, and guide them to relevant sections of the store. - Assist customers with product selection, facilitate fitting room operations, and ensure a seamless try-on experience. - Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues in line with company policies. - Stay updated on the latest collections, promotions, and sales to provide tailored recommendations based on customer preferences. - Promote ongoing offers, upsell and cross-sell products, and assist customers during the checkout process. - Collect and record customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of service quality and product offerings. - Maintain store standards by ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. - Support visual merchandising efforts by maintaining displays and stock levels. Qualification Required: - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) along with additional training or certification in customer service. - Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a retail setting, will be beneficial. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred to effectively engage with a diverse customer base. Note: This is a full-time permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the expected start date is 22/07/2025.
