Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by handling inquiries and Bills of Materials (BOM). Your responsibilities will include checking project names, applications, and annual quantities to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will be expected to provide immediate support for urgent requirements and lead times. Key Responsibilities: - Verify and process Project Names, Applications, and Annual Quantities - Offer support for immediate requirements and lead times - Determine if equivalents are acceptable or if particular makes are required - Understand the complete customer requirements to effectively handle inquiries or BOMs and provide the best price with a short lead time Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling project details - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location will be in person.,
