Job role: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced candidatesfrom BPO, KPO, or related fields for a US healthcare process in the night shifts. As a Customer Service Representative (Voice), you’ll be part of bringing humanity to business. In this role, you'll work to resolve customer issues via phone and multiple platforms such as text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal written communication channels. Whether it’s providing quick answers, offering compassionate product consultations, or resolving issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one.

Job details:

• Job position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
• Qualification: Diploma, Graduation, Post Graduation
• Experience: 1- 2 years in BPO/KPO
• Job Location: Phase 8B Industrial area, Sec-74 Mohali, Punjab
• Salary Package: 25-35k + Incentives
• US shift, Work from office, Full-time Job
• Cab facility available for both pick & drop

Required skills:

• 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and converse proficiently in US English (excellent communication).
• Proficient in the use of computers.
• Polite, humble, and professional communication style.
• Ability to accept and adapt to new challenges with a positive mindset.
• Good English verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from healthcare plan members.
• Understand the coverage and healthcare requirements by interacting with members on the phone.
• Resolve member issues through verbal and written communication.
