Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with warmth, grace, and professionalism.
• Understand client needs and guide them through product selections.
• Maintain a positive ambiance and ensure a seamless in-store experience.
• Handle queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to provide personalized service.
• Maintain the appearance and hygiene of the showroom area.
• Assist during bridal trials and fittings with care and sensitivity.
• Manage bookings, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Female
• Age Group: 21–35 years preferred
• Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed (Attractive and smart personality)
• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, retail, or hospitality (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)
• Skills:
• Excellent communication in English and Tamil (Hindi is a bonus)
• Friendly, courteous, and emotionally intelligent
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer delight
• Qualification: Minimum +2 / Diploma / Graduate
