CSR Coordinator- Supervising Associate - Kerala

Role Overview: As a GDS CR Supervising Associate at EY, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the GDS CR function, supporting the GDS CR Central and India Leadership to facilitate the planning and execution of corporate responsibility agenda, volunteering events, and impact programs. Your role will involve project managing existing offerings, supporting the design and activation of new global offerings, and ensuring the overall integrity of the project portfolio. You will collaborate with various teams to drive internal demand/participation for initiatives and raise EY GDS external brand in the corporate responsibility space. Key Responsibilities: - Project manage a suite of existing offerings, including skill-based volunteering opportunities and self-service digital tools for beneficiaries - Support the design, piloting, and activation of new global offerings to increase staff participation and drive considerable external impact - Develop and maintain toolkits and deployment approaches for offerings, ensuring continued integrity and relevance - Mitigate/manage risks associated with project deployment and ensure the overall integrity of the project portfolio - Collaborate with Measurement and Reporting team to track and communicate employee participation and impact data - Partner with Communications and Engagement team to create content and communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders - Engage with enabling functions and virtual teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives - Identify global synergies and act as a point of contact for regions - Support relationship management with internal EY stakeholders and external third parties and beneficiaries - Lead pan India strategic projects as necessary Qualifications Required: - 7-8 years of work experience, including relevant experience in the Social Impact/CSR sector - Experience in delivering employee engagement/change programs and impactful communications - Knowledge of the development sector - Flexibility to travel within India as per project needs - Excellent project management skills - Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project; knowledge of AI and Co-pilot is advantageous Additional Details of the Company: EY is committed to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
