Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CSLE_MFGSLSP_JL5 in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and experience with lean principles.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient manufacturing processes.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.

Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in engineering or operations management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or consulting.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly line management and supply chain optimization.

Experience with lean principles and tools such as Kaizen and Six Sigma.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
