CSA Modeler

We are seeking a skilled CSA Modeler to develop and manage 3D BIM models for civil, structural, and architectural elements of building and infrastructure projects. The candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and other discipline modelers to ensure coordinated, clash-free models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update detailed 3D models for civil, structural, and architectural components using software like Revit, AutoCAD, or Tekla.
• Coordinate with MEP and other discipline teams to ensure integrated model delivery.
• Prepare general arrangement drawings, section details, and construction documents.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Maintain model accuracy and adhere to BIM execution plans and project standards.
• Participate in project meetings and support design teams with model-based insights.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in CSA modeling.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LODs, and coordination practices.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative communication skills.

Pay: ₹9,064.00 - ₹31,326.28 per month
