Role Overview

We are looking for a CS Trainee or Semi-Qualified CS to join our growing team. The role offers hands-on exposure to recovery of unclaimed investments and company secretarial practices. The candidate will work closely with senior professionals, gaining practical experience in compliance, regulatory filings, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recovery process of unclaimed investments, including shares, dividends, mutual funds, IEPF claims, and FDs.
• Prepare and file legal and compliance-related documents with regulatory authorities.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Conduct research on company law, secretarial practices, and compliance matters.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, depositories, and registrars as required.
• Support senior team members in various company secretarial and compliance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of Company Law and Secretarial Practices.
• Experience in preparing and filing legal/compliance documents.
• Strong research skills in legal and compliance matters.
• Proficiency in maintaining client records and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field.
• Professional: Currently pursuing or completed CS course (ICSI).
• Prior experience with regulatory authorities is an added advantage.
