Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for cold calling, client acquisition, and sales closures in the financial recovery and compliance domain. The role requires a strong sales background with proven ability to generate revenue. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calling and lead generation for Share Recovery & IEPF claim services. Explain service benefits, resolve client queries, and convert leads into deals. Maintain an updated sales funnel, reports, and CRM records. Work closely with the operations team for smooth client onboarding. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance / Marketing or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in Sales within Financial Services (or competitors preferred). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills . Goal-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve targets. Knowledge of share recovery, IEPF, or compliance services will be an advantage.
