Job Description

CS & MANAGER

Contract & Agreement Management.
All Secretarial Compliance w.r.t Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards etc.
Litigation Management.
Legal Drafting and Documentation.
Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
Revise procedures, reports and periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
Draft, modify and implement company policies.
Collaborate with corporate counsels, to monitor enforcement of standards/ regulations.
Assess the businesss future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
Review work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues, provide advice/training.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Legal Drafting & Documentation, related with banking, real estate etc.
CSR & Liaoning with internal departments, Govt. agencies, auditors, shareholders, Grievances etc.
Handling corporate Insurance policies and claims
Candidates will get rich exposure and training in food industry related compliance.
