Pay Point India, the company established in 2006 has now 120+ service providers and a retail network of 83000+ retailers offering consumers a quick and easy, single stop access to financial services such as AEPS & remittance/money transfer and a wide array of fast-moving consumer service, like Utility bill payments, DTH/mobile recharges, Travel booking, Pan card services, Insurance etc. Company Website: www.paypointindia.com Role & Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, RBI regulations for NBFCs, FEMA, SEBI, and other applicable laws. File statutory returns, forms, and reports with MCA, RBI, ROC, and other authorities. Organize and conduct Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings. Draft and maintain minutes, agenda papers, notices, and board resolutions. Advise the Board on compliance, corporate governance, and best practices. Maintain statutory registers, records, and company documents. Draft, vet, and review agreements, resolutions, and company policies. Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and corporate disclosures. Liaise with RBI for approvals, queries, inspections, and compliance-related matters. Ensure timely submission of statutory returns such as NBS-1, NBS-2, and NBS-7. Support RBI audits, inspections, and provide required responses. Implement compliance monitoring systems and prevent regulatory penalties. Keep management updated on changes in regulations affecting NBFC operations. Support internal and external audits with compliance documentation. Possess strong knowledge of corporate laws, RBI guidelines, FEMA, and SEBI rules. Have excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills. Requirements Qualified Company Secretary (ACS / FCS) from ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). Additional qualification in Law or Finance will be an advantage. 37 years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services sector.
