CS Intern

Job Title: CS Management Trainee

Location: Gurgaon

Stipend: ₹8,000 per month

Eligibility:

• Candidate must be pursuing Company Secretaryship (CS).
• Should have cleared Executive level and registered for Professional level.
• Candidates not appearing for the December 2025 attempt will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining statutory records, registers, and returns.
• Supporting in preparation and filing of various e-forms with MCA and other regulatory authorities.
• Assisting in convening and conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings including drafting of agendas, notices, and minutes.
• Researching and updating on amendments under Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws.
• Supporting in compliance audits and due diligence assignments.
• Coordinating with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders for compliance requirements.
• Any other compliance and secretarial work as assigned from time to time.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Company Law and allied laws.
• Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team and handle assignments independently under supervision.
