As a Legal Counsel at A Leading Multinational Media and Digital Marketing Communications Company, your role involves delivering, managing, and supporting legal work at a senior level. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide legal and strategic advice to stakeholders at various levels to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and protect the company's commercial interests - Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial agreements - Offer legal support to accelerate the company's expansion strategy - Assist commercial teams in contractual negotiations to achieve advantageous terms - Implement best practices in compliance, contracts management, intellectual property, data privacy, IT, litigation, and M&A - Handle existing litigation and disputes cost-effectively, ensuring timely and accurate reporting - Develop and manage internal programs to ensure contract compliance in South Asia - Identify and implement process and policy improvements in collaboration with General Counsel - Lead or assist in internal investigations related to compliance breaches - Manage external compliance audit engagements - Stay informed about regulatory requirements, anticipate changes, and implement industry best practices - Act as the primary interface between the company and external counsel - Ensure effective management of all litigation cases, including monitoring progress and providing updates to leadership - Collate correspondence and relevant documents for litigation files meticulously **Qualifications:** - LL.B with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience - Experience in Media & Entertainment or Information Technology industry is advantageous Join A Leading Multinational Media and Digital Marketing Communications Company to utilize your legal expertise and contribute to the company's success.,
