Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  • Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support decision-making. Perform data analysis, data modeling, and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to uncover business opportunities and challenges.
  • Create and automate data visualizations, KPIs, and performance metrics dashboards using PowerBI.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks and troubleshoot data-related issues as needed.
  • Present findings, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources, optimize data infrastructure, and ensure data governance and security.
  • Provide training and support to end users on using PowerBI dashboards effectively.

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI and demonstrated expertise in creating interactive and insightful dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, SQL, and data visualization best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedure
