About the Role

results-driven and creative Web3 Marketing/Growth Hacker

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute growth campaigns across
Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Grow and manage Web3 communities through content, campaigns, and updates
Collaborate with design/content teams for creatives, blogs, reels, etc.
Track and analyze campaign performance via
Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Meta Business Suite
, etc.
Drive organic and paid growth through
influencers, PR, Crypto Twitter, Telegram
, etc.
Execute
SEO, SEM, and email marketing
aligned with token launches, events, or product updates
Coordinate with
Web3 KOLs and content creators
for promotions

Must-Have Skills

Strong understanding of
blockchain, crypto, NFTs, DeFi, Metavers
Proficient with
Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, Medium, Reddit
Tools knowledge:

Google Analytics / GA4
Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads
Canva / Adobe Suite
Notion / Trello / Asana
Kitchen / Lark / Mirror
ChatGPT / AI tools

Bonus: Knowledge of
SEO, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, influencer tools

Requirements

Bachelors degree (technical preferred)
Minimum
2 years in Web3/growth marketing
At least
1 year of crypto/Web3 experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
