Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Customer Support Engineer at Crunch.io, you will play a crucial role in providing customer support, testing new product features, supporting the sales team, and managing specific projects for setting up customer data. Your responsibilities will involve triaging and resolving technical support issues, testing product features, educating new users, and executing specific projects. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with customers, maintain relationships, prioritize cases, and contribute to the knowledge base. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer support by resolving technical and application-related issues impacting product performance and customer success - Test new product features with attention to detail, detect bugs, and contribute to documentation - Assist the sales team by reviewing prospects data, preparing datasets for demonstration, and educating new users post-sales - Manage and execute specific projects for setting up customer data on behalf of Crunch.io Qualifications Required: - Experience in data processing for market research surveys and a background in market research operations - Good understanding of survey analysis concepts, tools, and methods, with competency in a statistical programming language (eg: SPSS syntax or R) - BA/BS degree in Computer Science and/or statistics preferred, or other technical or quantitative degrees with equivalent work experience - Excellent problem-solving skills, research skills, and analytical abilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence - Ability to multitask, handle a high volume workload, and prioritize tasks accurately and timely - Attention to detail and strong desire to find solutions for problems Please note that Crunch.io is a remote company with employees working remotely. The role may require flexibility in time zone coverage, encompassing US & European time zones for support. Working remotely demands high motivation and productivity reporting.
