Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in the Strategy & Consulting Global Network practice at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work on complex SAP transformation engagements and help organizations reimagine and transform their business for tomorrow. You will be involved in strategy development, solution architecture leadership, project delivery, networking, business development, and developing thought leadership and assets in the S4 HANA platform COE. Your role will require client-facing skills, ability to lead design workshops, manage project risks, and engage with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes specific to the client's industry context. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate industry and function expertise by showcasing deep knowledge and expertise in industries like Resources, Manufacturing, and related functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, etc. - Provide solution architecture leadership by understanding client challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading proposal teams to build solutions leveraging SAP capabilities. - Lead project delivery by conducting design workshops, gathering requirements, leading client-facing roles, managing project risks, and supporting pre-sales activities for clients. - Engage in networking and business development by creating and managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, expanding opportunities with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. - Develop thought leadership and assets by supporting/developing cutting-edge Point of View (POV) articles, designing assets that distinguish Accenture's capabilities, and leading pursuits related to S4 HANA opportunities.
