Job Description

In this role, you will lead a team of CRO specialists and creative designers to deliver CRO projects for customers on time and with requisite quality. You will become a mentor for your team members and actively take part in the growth of the team members. Additionally, you will follow and improve upon the established work processes while identifying new business opportunity areas to generate more revenue from CRO-related projects. Your technical skills will encompass various aspects necessary for successful CRO project management. You should have expertise in developing hypotheses, designing tests, and utilizing frameworks like the Growth Hacking Funnel, PIE (Potential, Importance, Ease), or ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) scoring model to prioritize experiments. Basic knowledge of conversion-focused copywriting will be essential to identify messaging improvements that can enhance user engagement and drive conversions. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Hotjar for analyzing user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion metrics is required. You should also have expertise in A/B testing tools like Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or Convert to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate tests, and split tests. A strong understanding of statistical concepts such as significance, confidence intervals, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing will be crucial for data analysis. Having a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, user behavior, and interaction design will help you identify conversion bottlenecks. Skills in wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq will be needed to create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for proposed changes. Additionally, the ability to conduct usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and user research to gather qualitative insights is essential. Understanding web performance factors such as load time, responsiveness, and interactivity that can impact conversions will be beneficial. Knowledge of tag management systems like Google Tag Manager (GTM) or similar tools for tracking user interactions and events is also required. A foundational understanding of on-page and technical SEO is necessary to ensure that CRO efforts do not negatively impact search engine rankings. Finally, your ability to document experiments, create reports, and communicate insights and results to stakeholders clearly will be crucial for the success of the CRO projects.,
